ChaCha.com is a search engine that pays human "guides" to answer questions for users. This is a technique known as social searching. ChaCha is based out of Carmel, Indiana and is currently seeking new Guides to assist customer in search inquires.

Currently ChaCha offers two forms of searching: Search with a Guide or textChaCha. The most widely used service is textChaCha, where people text in questions from their cell phone to ChaCha, and you respond with an answer! You are paid $.20 per inquiry answered, and this can really add up! I've already made more than $150 just answering questions in my spare time!
